1yThank you for your review, we are a continuously growing company, often taking on new clients and expanding, with this comes the need for more adjusters in addition to turnover. We hope the toxicity you mentioned was also reported to HR while you were employed with us but will look into this.

1yThank you for your opinionated review, we are an ESOP company that contributes to retirement via our ESOP policy rather than 401k matching. We have an extensive LMS program for training with the ability to create/add courses (which we hope you let us know what kind of training was needed so we could look into it and add needed courses); HR can investigate and address concerns and we promote employees reaching out to HR for these types of issues.
