Pros

There are great benefits, co-workers are nice, small company feel, but competitive with large companies, extremely helpful HR department, lots of small perks like casual Fridays and other fun events. There are also lots of opportunities to move up in the company.

Cons

So far the only downside I see is that business is booming enough that people are very busy and sometimes overwhelmed.

Team work geared & good salary with insurance benefits

Cons

Very clique - if longer employed staff don't like you then you'd better start looking for a new job . Don't use your insurance for big claims as they are self-insured and will fire you on medical leave "due to budget cuts". Looking for a job? Beware of this compamy
