Pros

Very generous benefit package; Respectful and friendly work environment; Professional encouragement and development opportunities for promotion within the company. We are an ESOP company too! I genuinely love working for CCMSI!!

Cons

Cubical environment is not for everyone; Various management styles to learn and understand within the company, but that is common with any large company you work for. Can be fast paced and a heavy work load at times.
