It's a lot of work to do, a lot of outdated processes that makes working on a file longer than it needs to be. There is no segmentation, the adjuster handles everything from medical only to CAT to medical management files. It's not enough pay for the amount of work that you have to do. The company ESOP is cool but better pay is needed so people can do more than just survive for to the inflation crisis. When you ask what are the steps you need to do to get promoted to a hire role, it's crickets. This is good as a starter role but you will need to move on for better pay.
