work from home option, flexible timings, managers don't question a lot about leaves, no dress code, employee friendly, supercool location (UB City), wonderful work life balance, Friendly colleagues
Cons
bonus never paid out on time and some quarters are miscalculated and skipped. salary hikes never paid on time and not upto the mark, every year restructuring and management in India doesn't have teeth, bad company for freshers (as you should not relax in your initial years), very less technical or interpersonal skills training, Poor infrastructure, Promotions/(very few) onsite opportunities happen NOT on the basis of calibre but years of experience in the organization, people who are close to managers and more years into the organisation always have the silver spoon.
