Pros

At least in our office it was a good environment - not too strict management. I liked it. Nice location, nice staff and nice benefits.

Cons

There have not been many cons, but I have to say that how it all ended for CDC software was not what people expected to happen. With a more dedicated management all could have been different.

Pros

the work is neither hard nor demanding and the new blood that coming on seems to be wanting to show their feathers and capabilities to the top brass who are still trying to figure out the direction given the entire change of the top levels

Cons

the work isn't fulfilling and the change in leadership is seemingly lost in translation, not from Chinese to English, but from Silicon Valley-ish to Indianapolis/Atlanta lingo. The mash-up of Vista fame is not happening fast enough to make us famous in a good way.
