No pension, no sick pay, no medical requirement, no holidays ie 11th 12th July/St. Patrick’s day etc. Asked to work late at short notice and if you turn it down it’s frowned upon..oh and if you do decide to do overtime don’t expect it to be paid right away, I waited 3 months! Human Resources department are all inept! Trying to get paid has to go through around 20 admin staff before you’ll actually get it.... Place is an absolute joke when it comes to organising anything! Wages are so low for welders, (skilled workers) and even lower for fitters who put themselves at risk every day. Health and safety is none existent, dangerous place to work. Lifting of heavy equipment overhead by inexperienced operators who think they know what they are doing! High turnover of staff....take my advice and avoid...
