      Pros

      Peers & Managers are easy to work with. Left to be autonomous in your work. Modern HQ Office. Large Fabrication & Assembly Facilities. Generally there is a job role to suit anyone.

      Cons

      Stop-start of business initiatives & company plans. Company wide events all but gone. Mass exodus of staff including those with long tenure. Company can have an egotistical personality. Sense of company community eroding away. "Directors" appear detached from anyone more than 1 level below them. Communication between departments can be poor.
