      Pros

      Recycling or construction materials is important and it is good to see that there are companies selling product in this domain.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership, all the focus is on a few directors, no delegation of responsibilities, only the core employees, who have been 10 - 15 years with the company can have some input.

      Great people that make CDE great place to work in. Great training opportunities Opportunity to travel which is an amazing experience especially for someone who is younger. Great benefits on offer

      Cons

      You don't get all public holidays off, you have to dip into your annual leave if you want it. Male heavy work force but it is that kind of industry. Promote and make up job roles for people just because they have been there for years.
