      It's kind of alright.

      Pros

      Flex time. The ability to take classes while working full time. Tuition reimbursement. 4 weeks PTO. Interesting and engaging work. Time and a half overtime.

      Cons

      Sub-par management. Low pay. Little to no advancement.

      Pros

      No experience required to get hired. Willing to give you a chance. Overtime possible when approved. Flexible hours: get there before or at 9 AM, work eight hours and leave. I generally get out by 3 PM and work a half day on Friday.

      Cons

      CDI is a contractor to GE Aviation. On top of the bureaucracy at CDI, you also have to deal with that of GE. Most of the work is drafting; very little engineering at this point.
