      Pros

      Great range of projects from Refining to Chemicals to work on. Colleagues were experienced and helpful mentors for a younger engineer.

      Cons

      Frequent turnover of Upper Management and substandard IT services for office engineering staff. The company strategy seemed to be based solely on commoditization of engineering services to satisfy procurement at the expense of quality.
