Pros

My "manager" was very friendly.

Cons

My "manager" could not answer my questions and no published contacts for me to pursue answers elsewhere. No intra-company communications, teaming, etc. I felt very isolated. Medical benefits are unsubsidized and are expensive. No opportunities for skills-growth or advancement.

CDI is super representing me as an IT Contractor

Pros

Great communications. Assignment of a central point of contact who responds to my queries quickly. Great supporting team. Very happy to get competitive benefits through CDI.

Cons

None so far. But recognize that CDI represents me as a contractor to other companies so I can not say much about career opportunities.

Don't really care about the contractors, once your hired, your own your own .
