Benefits for full time employees. Decent pay. Will sponsor your security clearance - good first job if you're looking to get into government contracting. Use it as a stepping stone, not a career. I enjoyed the people I worked with there.

Cons

You are a number. Insurance is expensive. High turnover rate. Non-flexible hours. Only 10 days of paid-time off/sick leave per year.

Benefits are sub par, especially health insurance. Salaries / hourly rates are way below average in the engineering industry. Constant turn over in upper management. Management will step over dollars to save a dime. Unwilling to take any risks because of liability. Good Old Boys Club
