Benefits aren't too bad but that's it!

Micromanagement Ineptitude with Management (Especially with Contract Negotiations) Management and employee churn Lied to me about the position Lack of opportunities for growth Stress level through the roof along with blood pressure Disgustingly low pay 401k is a joke Cross Lanes has WAY too much control The most soul-sucking position on the planet

Good initial pay, organization and training. Was able to work from home and do lots of different kinds of work over several years.

Cons

Subsequent raises and COLA adjustments are difficult to come by...but not impossible.
