Pros
- Steady work and a reliable paycheck - Supportive on-site managers - Ability to move around from contract to contract, assuming the client allows it - Solid work-life balance as long as you're not a project manager
Cons
- Incredibly volatile upper management with lots of churn - Inability to get a raise due to VPs constantly shifting positions - Lack of any sort of concrete direction aside from "grow the business" - Severe lack of career trajectory - Expensive healthcare with not a lot of benefit to actually using the thing - Low amount of paid time off
