      Pros

      Nothing at all what so ever. this is the worst place you will every work. stay as far away as you can

      Cons

      horrible commission structure. horrible managers. no one has a clue what they are doing. you compete against 3-4 other people from the company on each job you work. they let the offshore recruiters run wild. no structure. no leadership. just terrible all around

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and generous paid time off Pay is average to the industry Some longer term employees excellent and knowledgeable

      Cons

      Poor management of major engagements - do the deal and walk away thinking it will run itself Like the rest of the staffing industry, erosion of margins and profits mirrored in stock price Upper management has not been nimble as industry has changed in last several years.

      I have experience, education, job skills, knowdledge of systems, AutoCAD 2013, and desire to work for salary without company benefits meaning no insurance, no paid holidays nor vacation.

      Cons

      I would prefer to work no more than forty hours a week nor to work on Sunday; however, only if it is required on shipchecks.
