Although the company markets itself as an engineering solutions provider, it behaves in the manner of a short term contracting company. Basic processes such as engineering project management systems, and client billing are substandard. Project accounting is often incorrect and the errors are passed on to the clients. After several years of pay cuts and now two rounds of promised raises which were retracted, the clients feel the negativity. Customer satisfaction surveys reflect the poor culture.
