Pros

- Stable company that does pay on time. - When on client's site, allowed a great measure of freedom and not a lot of crushing micromanagement. - Good work experience.

Cons

- No raises - No cost of living increases - Verbally told 30 paid vacation days, reality is nowhere near that - Only method of pay increase is to switch into another role - Lack of communication from corporate, aside from boilerplate emails about increasing growth and increasing cross-group synergy. (No exaggeration) - They just hired on an executive from Lehman Brothers...

Used to be a good company but the leadership team is destroying the company

Challenging environment and with the exception of the executive leadership team a really good group of people to work with.

Cons

The senior leadership of the company after couple of years still don't understand the business. Bonus plans are a joke, always trying different way for not to pay

Very hands-off and reliable. Always willing and able to help with any issue. Never missed a payday or bonus check in 10 years.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement or being hired "in house." Hours were set by parent company and very reasonable in my case.
