Business Outlook
Pros
Great company to work with. They are supportive and make every effort to ensure the fit it good for both the company and the employee. They are keen on making sure you are able to grow and encourage personal growth.
Cons
Wish they had more opportunities to allow for lateral movement. (Not that they are not trying to find the best fit). There are some really excellent account managers that I would charge into the jaws of death for. But, then again there are some who are totally clueless who you can't wait to get a way from. That is what you run into all around. Still worth the risk.
