Pros
They let you do your work and mind your projects. The atmosphere is rather relaxed and the coworkers are cool.
Cons
Top management does not acknowledges your difficulties and takes a very long time to get back to you with help. They took forever to get a high speed internet line which made very difficult to do our job since it was a outsource type of job.
