Pros
Adequate pay and decent benefits. Good place to work when you're not sure what you really want to do.
Cons
Really awful vacation and sick time policies. 5 days of vacation time in your first year of employment, but you accrue it as you work. If you work the full year from Jan 1 to Dec 31, you will have your full 5 days on Dec 31 at 11:59pm. After that, your vacation time resets to zero. Sick time is similar but worse, because there's less of it. You *are not allowed* to get sick before you've accrued your first day of sick time, sometime in Feb or Mar.
