You have to find your own work in the company; cdm not financially well for a while

Nice coworkers and decent benefits.

Cons

They don't give you work; they expect you to go dig up work yourself through contacts in the company; you might as well become a consultant, you'd make a lot more. Was laid off as retribution for reporting boss to HR for abuse.
