Pros
The benefits are great! I've only had to work overtime a few times. The schedule is flexible. People in the office have your back! They give good raises every year! I believe the newly started mentoring program will be beneficial.
Cons
Sometimes you have to do what is needed instead of what you would like to do. Not very much training, you pretty much have to figure new things out on your own.
