Business Outlook
Pros
The company seems to take an active role in keeping employees engaged, busy and satisfied. Maintaining a smaller firm footprint, they take on, and successfully complete much larger projects.
Cons
The only Con I have at this time is the same as with most companies today. Everything is "self serve" so you have to be an expert in your field as well as with HR, Payroll... This practice needs to end. I can't do my job and manage the every changing world of HR at the same time.
