      Work on some cool projects. Surrounded by some smart people. Global, although limited.

      Cons

      Major focus on cutting overhead. Leadership is homogeneous, which is not always bad, however it does not help bring in new perspectives for a changing business environment. Managers are often technical people that put in years, not actually good people managers.
