Cons

Not a lot of direct supervision/management- as an entry employee this can make it difficult to succeed.

- As an entry-level engineer, you won't be getting a lot of design work, I've been here for almost a year and I haven't been able to get onto projects with design - Expect to do basic administrative work for an entry-level - Micromanagement from your Regional Team Leader but this depends on who you get
