      Great Company

      Pros

      This is a privately held company. All employee owned. The management does not answer to outside stockholders so there is more autonomy and flexibility in control of what you do and your career path. You always know how well or poor the company is doing.

      Cons

      The firm is managed by engineers who may or may not be very good people managers. At times the firm has found it hard to find its way as a "mid sized" firm in the market. Work life balance is challenging as this is a consulting firm but pay is better at consulting firms so the trade off has been appropriate.
