Large Firm that is well established and respected Diversity (age, gender, education, etc.) Develop & Support Professional Development Work assignments that include travel Use of technology Culture - Encourage team comradery. Salary and Benefits are very good.

Cons

Like any other consulting firm, when a project ends, you go where the money is or roll to the "bench". Travel takes you away from your family.

Got to work on a variety of projects

Cons

Work spreads through word of mouth as opposed to queue system which function poorly. Mentoring was generally terrible
