      Love what I do

      Pros

      Flexible work options, challenging and rewarding projects, great people, forward thinking. Company takes care of staff. I had one friend laid off in 2020 (working elsewhere) and that didn't happen here. We also received added compensation (bonus) in 2022, which was nice.

      Cons

      Shared workspace if you are not in the office 4 or 5 days a week. I guess that's fair, but getting used to the concept in my office.
