      Coworkers are generally very competent and reliable which leads to good teamwork. Technology seems to be on par with the ever developing tech world.

      Cons

      Have to fight for good pay raises, generally are not just given on their own.

      Pros

      One of the best engineering firms to work for. Great benefits, flexible working arrangement available, able to take on the largest projects and nimble enough to take on small projects for our great clients. Work with truly great engineers that provide the client with excellent work and are pleasant to be around. Executive team is doing a great job as well, very prepared.

      Cons

      Not a huge con, but our cubes could be more substantial. It can be a major distraction when on a call or if others are taking calls.
