      Good culture. Work from home capability and a relatively flexible schedule as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      As an engineering firm, there's not too much emphasis on developing new cutting edge services. It's more maintain and support the current systems and occasionally do something new.

      Pros

      I had great mentors and work experience that developed me as an engineer. The office was flexible with my time and working hours when needed. Good benefits (healthcare, 401k, 401k match)

      Cons

      Being a large company, salary increases are small and promotions take forever. If your billable hours are light then you instantly feel like you are going to get laid off.
