      Pros

      The people and company culture - friendly, supportive, talented, and dedicated co-workers. Access to tools, technology, and training. Opportunities for career growth and diversity.

      Cons

      Project management system is somewhat disjointed, however an upgrade to a new inclusive system is rolling out across the company which should be a big improvement.

      Pros

      I started with the company in April 2018: - The recruitment process was great. My recruiter kept me informed at every step. - The salary and benefits are excellent. - The company has the best home/office work policy I have ever experienced. I am essentially working from home full-time which is life changing in terms of commute and flexibility. - The company makes it easy to collaborate across geographies and provided me with all the hardware and software tools I need to get the job done. - The work seems plentiful in my group which is the name of the game in consulting.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is professional, but friendly. The company focuses on technical expertise. They are also laid back enough to allow for flexibility in work scheduling. They push for a positive work/life balance which is nice.

      Cons

      The Fairfax office isn't the easiest to get to on public transit, but it's right next to the interstate and the parking is free.
