      Pros

      Employee relations is one of the top goals of the company. PRivately held firm sticking to its' guns of staying private.

      Cons

      Poor communication between countries. Structure outside of the US appears to be very lax, and causes issues when interacting with US internal partners.

      They have a great benefits package

      Cons

      The hierarchy buys stock to move up. Too many VPs. They instill a sense of teamwork, and have some great teams, but they are losing those employees who get projects completed due to bad management by those who micromanage from offices away from project sites. More political than in the way things are done than based on merit.
