      Pros

      I interned with CDM Smith, which was the main reason I got back here. The team is super-cool. My experience as a full-time employee is great, and I would highly recommend to join CDM Smith if you have a knack for learning new things happening in the industry. Team is extremely supportive to develop your professional portfolio.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of industry we deal with, I feel we are more result oriented (rather than focusing other possible processes which could be applied in the study) due to stringent deadlines.

      Pros

      You are surrounded by bright professionals. The training program is very good. Managers give you advise and show you the way. Emphasis on quality of work product. Wonderful support system (office, field, IT, human resources).

      Cons

      Understanding how the business units work and interact with each other could take some time.

      Pros

      Great people and projects. I've had the opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects since joining. The ability to have flexible hours is helpful when things come up outside the office.

      Cons

      Being private is great but it makes it difficult It's difficult to get a health check on the state of the business during the year.
