      Pros

      In general everyone is approachable and easy to work with. Most people are willing to help out whenever you have a question. The size of the company allows the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects. Good educational programs. Above average benefits. The company is strongly committed to their core values: excellence, initiative, shared commitment, integrity, and teamwork

      Cons

      Incompetent IT department. Divided too much geographically, some project managers get upset if others work in their geographical areas without their knowledge. High corporate overhead.

      East Coast upper management out of touch with issues outside their home territory Focus on preserving stock price for upper management Too ready to cut staff as short-term money saver to detriment of long-term growth Engineering tools and attention to detail lower than at some other firms Friction between client service groups and production groups

      Culture has changed from engineering excellence to profit motive. Ignores employee contributions unless it is bottom line driven. Abandons smaller clients in favor of new clients with money to spend.
