      Pros

      Employees stay a long time, company and working environments are pretty stable.

      Cons

      Emphasis on engineering staff, not so much on non-engineers. Salaries low for non-engineers from what I found after leaving.

      Employee owned Matrix organization allows for promotions vertically and laterally Locations worldwide Opportunities for engineers, planners, scientists Supportive of professional development Competitive salary and benefits

      Cons

      While there are more opportunities available, it is occasionally difficult to get involved in projects you like, because they aren't actually located in your region. Small (but slowly growing) presence in Arizona outside of engineering sector

      Pros

      Good management and great teams of people. Easy to work with others and community atmosphere. Competitive salaries and great benefits. Options to work from home and time off is flexible.

      Cons

      lack of communication sometimes. downtime can be hard to handle. Sometimes not knowing when cutbacks may come is somewhat concerning. Much of the communication is geared toward specific engineers.
