      Lots of opportunity to get lots of unique experiences with many different projects, flexible hours, ability to work from home

      lack of diversity in the office, often working with people in different offices so it is sometimes hard to find work

      Everyone Here Stays For Years!!

      Pros

      The work environment is great, offices are nice (and usually downtown located), there are multiple offices in the US so you can transfer if you have to, projects are interesting!! I'm new but everyone in my office has stayed in the firm for over 10 years. It's my first full-time job out of school but I love it!!

      Cons

      Like all consulting firms, you need to look for billable work, so if you don't have a major project, you might have to be asking around for work.

      Pros

      I had great mentors and work experience that developed me as an engineer. The office was flexible with my time and working hours when needed. Good benefits (healthcare, 401k, 401k match)

      Cons

      Being a large company, salary increases are small and promotions take forever. If your billable hours are light then you instantly feel like you are going to get laid off.
