Local leadership is responsive and the team is a strong group of people

Embarrassingly disorganized HR, questionable local management

Pros

They did actually pay people. By that, I mean folks got pay checks. Allegedly the family benefits packages are competitive.

Cons

Local management can best be described as "Petulant child" in every sense. On a corporate level, I am embarrassed for them at the level of disorganization and lack of process associated with the on-boarding of new employees, as well as the lack of process and communication when employees leave.

Good people; day-to-day interactions with personnel and management are cordial. Work is challenging.

Cons

You are not isolated from management woes; poor customer management, inept upper management, constantly changing requirements, and lowballing estimates requires constant change and responses to self-inflicted crises.
