Highly depentent upon immediate stores Event Manager's adherence to upper managements "non-negotiable" mandates of petty & abusive micro-managing.

Cons

Petty micro-managing of every simple thing done at the cart level, time expectations to accomplish tasks, and cutting back of tools & materials required to do the job.

Pay is higher than others like it. My co workers are nice. My main boss is helpful, supportive and easy to get along with.

Cons

Standing all day, not being able to run to the restroom as needed thus not drinking enough water. Not allowed to bring any personal items with you like your wallet, jacket ( unless it is all black with no hood and worn all shift, watch, phone etc. ( So you must get there early to mJe a special trip to the opposite end of the store to drop off items before clocking in. ) No benefits like discounts, insurance, etc. Not sure how to get bonuses ad management is also not sure. The only Water cups they allow are flimsy and spill/ break easily, so you no longer have water for hours. Break times change everytime. Sometimes you work an hour and get your first break other times you wait 3 or 4 hrs for your first break.
