Pros
Right now the pros are that the manager is exceptional the helpers he has are excellence. You can take time off when needed so if you want to go somewhere or do something you can just let them know not to schedule you.
Cons
I have been there a very long time before we could keep our belongings with us on the cart underneath I was yelled at to give up my wallet my phone my vest anything that was not related to food I had to give to the office I refused and I was told to go home or to give them everything so I did because I need the money. They also don't seem to care about how the demo is done they give a lot of instruction on it but they don't really watch to see what you're doing because if they did they have a lot of people working there new young people who don't know how to cook don't know what they're doing. The company gets the cheapest utilities they can find they get very cheap pots and pans that are so heavy they're hard to carry they get very cheap cups and the gloves are unusable you have to use them but they're so thin they rip apart while they're on your hand. I did say something about the gloves and I was told that when they finish the stock they have of these they are getting the old gloves back which were okay if they do that that's good. we are not even allowed to have a bottle of water on the cart so I go all day without drinking water I passed out the other day that's probably why.
