Pros
Pay is slightly more than minimum wage. Extra hours during holiday seasons. Bonuses are available. You get to talk to people frequently. Work itself isn't too laborious. Shifts aren't long (could be a good and bad thing).
Cons
Can't make it a full-time job unless you are promoted to supervisor, etc. It is a part time job. Also, with any job, your superiors can either make it or break it for you. Management was a headache. The head supervisor released her own stress you. I know there will always be stress no matter where you work but in my case (and probably in other cases as well), the work stress carried over to my regular life. I know that the previous person in charge was nicer but sadly, I didn't get to experience what the work environment was like under him/her. Lots of people flock you because you are giving "free" samples. You'll get rude people of course. Pressure of sales goals. On your feet all day. There might be a day when the demonstration for a product you will be selling is cancelled and you lose that day of work. Doesn't happen frequently, though.
