The worse about the Warehouse Demo Services is the unfairness of employment. On the other hand, the supervisor will pick her favor workers and give them more hours; therefore, the rest will only have 3-8 hours per week, and the unluckiest will have none per week. p.s.: even you work hard for her, she will still pick her favors.

Management at regional level and beyond does nothing to support or train new supervisors. I was given 3, six hour days to learn the duties and paperwork of an 8 hour day. I worked, on average, 10 unpaid hours a week, just to complete my duties as expected. I understand that labor costs are an issue, but at least pay people for time they spend at work. Also, the position I applied for was a senior shift supervisor position and I was the only candidate, and was told that I was hired for that position. When it came time to complete the paperwork for the job, I was only promoted to a shift supervisor position that paid $3 less an hour.
