Pros

The communication with the upper management is great. I feel like my voice is heard by people that make decisions. My ideas are valued and feedback is received in real time. My direct manager is great and has made my onboarding a breeze.

Cons

The infrastructure is several decades behind. We don't have a proper warehouse management system. The ability see first pass yield, or live scan data is crucial for quality.

With a culture of continuous improvement they treat customer orders like they are their own. Solving customer problems immediately, while maintaining a can do attitude.

Cons

Limitations in the "Can Do Attitude" may hinder realistic assessments and strategic planning, while reckless hastiness in addressing customer issues can overstep boundaries by treating customer orders as personal burdens creating an endless cycle of perpetual critique.

Pros

At CDS Logistics, we encourage a work-life balance. Any questions or concerns anyone may have, are addressed immediately and never leaves you feeling like it was an inadequate question. The company culture is fantastic and truly lives by our core values. The best thing about CDS Logistics is we develop and empower everyone and grow from within the company based on their career pathing/career ladder. CDS Logistics is ever-changing and evolving with its continuous improvement atmosphere. With each change, it brings a higher level of business which drives growth.

Cons

There is not much to not love about CDS Logistics. Completely nit-picking here, CDS Logistics benefits could be slightly better, the premium you pay is a little higher than I originally expected but, it is good coverage.
