-Great company and culture -Tons of opportunity for both moving both up and laterally within company -Relatively quick pay scaling for the ACE program -Company works hard to promote diversity and also seems to walk the walk

Cons

Sometimes hitting billable targets with all of the other non-billable work can be challenging. This is particularly true for the late stages of the ACE program.

The ACE Program is a great way to get started with consulting, and get a solid foundation of technical knowledge. Challenging work, but great support.

Cons

You will not be compensated based on your performance. They will, like most companies, pay you as little as they believe they can get away with. You will need a competing job offer on the table before they will play ball with salary.
