As an ACE at CDW, you get lots of opportunities to learn and develop your skills by shadowing senior and seasoned engineers. Then you get to starting handling cases by yourself and become billable.

Cons

There is always a lot to do, while you are studying for your certs, you are expected to complete the curriculum, have shadowing hours completed all within a short period of time

You get to earn a lot of certifications which they pay for, company travel is nice as long as you stay within budget

Cons

Managers will make up Lies on your evaluation, no teachers, low pay, Hr will act like everything is fine, communication is bad, managers are Super micro managing!
