Competitive salary, opportunities for growth and moves within the company. Entry type roles have training/mentoring programs which are excellent and help skill up talent.

Cons

Lot's of acquisitions, structure in flux for a bit. Integration with new companies could have been a bit smoother, but great moves over all.
