      Pros

      Work/life balance , WFH flexibility is all they have going for them.

      Cons

      Declining culture. Any perks there used to be to working here are gone. Lack of transparency. Changes happening every time you turn around . Not all managers have to go through the manager training program , Seems to be more about who you know . Managers also just tell You what you want here. Not the truth. I do not recommend working here .
