Great work life balance and a very comfortable place to stay 10+ years if that's what you want. I've never seen anyone get fired.

Cons

It's very slow paced. People come here straight out of college and stay forever. This makes it hard when trying to introduce change. Oh and if you are planning on contracting with CDW it could take up to 3 years before you're actually hired on.

Depending on the team - there are many flexibility options available There is open communication from some management teams Ability to be involved in challenging projects There are some great teams

Cons

Depending on the position, pay may be less than industry average. Enjoyment and appreciation of the company depends heavily on your team and management (though attitude does play a role).
