Pros

Flexible Hybrid work setup Flexible time off (subject to conditions)

Cons

Absolutely no growth within PMO, no matter how good one’s performance is. The most stable team ( not in a good way). Management would use 1 bad thing to overwrite 10 great things you have done to avoid giving a pay hike or promotion. PMs are always overworked as PMO is understaffed (talk about getting more work done by less people for lesser money) They introduced flexible time off camouflaged as not letting employees take vacations more than 2 weeks at a stretch. Forget about getting a time off if you need longer than 2 weeks of reset.

Pros

Remote work policy is a good benefit that helps for work-life balance. The team is very flexible in allowing to work from different places. Individual people are very nice. I had great conversations with people in the company and they are good people.

Cons

The organization feels increasingly beholden to stockholder interests, which has led to frequent staff reductions and layoffs. This shift toward prioritizing short-term financial metrics has impacted long-term employee security. There is a noticeable trend toward outsourcing and a heavy reliance on H-1B visas for technical roles. This strategy often results in a loss of institutional knowledge and can create friction for remaining domestic staff. The constant threat of restructuring has created a culture where management often appears to be "running scared." Instead of focusing on innovation or team development, some leaders seem more preoccupied with job preservation. This leads to a reactive management style rather than a proactive or supportive one.
