      Pros

      - Great education on sales and technical specs - Constant perks from within the company and vendors - Start off with a class, thus making your social adaptation very easy since you all start on the same foot

      Cons

      - high turn-over rate because only those who are ambitious and tough makes it, therefore unstable as to who stays and who doesn't, could negatively affect the atmosphere of work if a lot of your friends leave - no initiative to improve or promote employees' work-life balance - no comfort area for employees to socialize or take a break

      Pros

      Its a fun place to work. It was a great experience when i was there. The people are also very nice.

      Cons

      The salary is low and they do not treeat their employees with as much respect as i thought should have been given.
